Apparently the RSF does not seem to like the Smuggler Alliance (go figure ... cops not liking people that break the law) ...

I was curious if anyone has a list of all the factions for space and how they react to various faction/squadrons.

Well, there are a lot of factions in space that are on the ground as well, and most of them are exactly the same as on the ground game. Nym hates everyone, Hutts hate Valarians, CorSec will shoot at anything that has anything likethug or pirate in their name, stuff like that. Usually the connections are pretty obvious. But there are usually only two or three different factions in one area of space, so there is usually only one sector in all of space where you can see two oposing factions and how they react to one another.

HOWEVER, you can't get any sort of faction pointsin space besides Imperial and Rebel, at least I haven;t ever,so it really doesn't matter. The onlyway faction connection such as the above are made apparent is when you get missions- Jabba will tell you to captur eor destroy a Valarian freighter, for instance.
