Mass Allowance on a hull is (base +/- 2.5%) depending on quality of resources and experimentation.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to have a variance of 15k mass on a chassis that size.

The only thing that could account for such a low mass is it is pre-adjustment crafted, in which case you chose poorly in your purchase, and didn't shop around.

So a 90k mass hull built with average 750 resources on 5 stats would yeild a hull with 90k + 1.2% == 91,080 mass allowance.

I BELIEVE that a good crafter can make it have a higher mass, but now that you have it, you can't make it any bigger. The chassis determines how much mass you have. However, 80K is pretty good, I don't think you will have a problem with it.

Responded to this in the shipwright forum, too, but that's the old model of Ixiyen. Current ones are around 95K mass.
