Hi my fellow pilots,

Am i the only one with the feeling that when they did publish JTL and they get it stable they all moved to twink the ground game which is not a bad thing. Only thing that i am worried is that they are now fixing things that have been broken over a year now. So do we need to wait one year whit our problems?

Before JTL they fixed jedi stuff, but there are still problems whit the village and it's cycles.

They are now doing the combat revamp and adding new weapons and armors to system but that is not a reason why the JTL fixing is so slow or adding more content to it.

Every one seems to be moving to next morphs and i am not suprised about that. You really get the feeling of multiplayer game when you are flying in kesselor deepspace and you use the game search function for any players and only hit you get is your own name, PvP for the master, right.

The reason for this rant was that when i am hunting tier 5 mob i expect that i get better loot from them than tie1 mobs is this true atm - > Not for me at least shooted down over 30 mobs get three loot's and every one level was lover than 4 one was evena level 1. That is just great isn't it?

I did try to sent this rant thru customer service but they said that the forums are the correct place for this kind of messages because dev's are reading the forums. Reading maybe but partisipating no.It is so fun to shout in empty forest. There is a echo in there but here only silence answers.

I undestand that devs are busy developing new things and aregiving the information for the new peoplefuture dev's but still somekind of time table would be great,i am still paying to play this game but how long it will continue?

JtL is not being ignored. Lots of new missions were added just last week. The first batch of extra missions was for tier 1-2, this one was for 3-4. I would guess the next batch will be for tier4 and master.

The loot dropping is not broken, you're just unlucky. If you want lots of loot, go after lower tier ships. If you want less stuff but generally higher grade, go after higher. The fact that you got low level stuff is unfortunate, but not a sign of a broken system. I once got 15 level 7-10 parts from a single Duty mission vs tier4s, that's the opposite end of the spectrum. More often I'm somewhere between that and what you got.

JtL is not being ignored. The fact that we don't have a Correspondent means we see less in the way of communication, but the Devs are working on this aspect of the game, and our issues. How long you wait is up to you, but the rapid pace of recent advancement should be answer enough to your question. We won't need to wait a year, and the entire game will be better, not just space or ground, but both.

The main focus may be back on the ground game, but like psiko said, that doesn't mean JTL's being completely set aside. All these new devs seem to have given them the resources to concentrate on multiple things at once now.

That said, I do think it's very important for us to start thinking about the long-term for JTL. In particular, it lacks much of a system to promote the self-generating content they've got in the works for the ground game GCW; space PVP is fun, especially if you've got a couple guilds organizing big battles, but it currently doesn't carry any tangible motivations to keep it up. It wouldn't be too hard to put in a couple simple additions, like a ranking system, but the kind of systems we'd need to really drive pilots to get in the skies and get overt--zones of control, planetary blockades or the like, experience/FP bonuses for the winning faction, whatever--are going to take a huge amount of effort, I'd imagine, so any brainstorming us pilots can do on the subject may help cut down the time to build such a system.

Other possibilities to expand the draw of space (asteroid mining, residences, more non-component loot, etc.) are something to think about as well. Hopefully as JTL's remaining bugs are worked out, and with the introduction of a new correspondent, we'll start to see some guided discussion of these issues--though there's nothing to prevent us from doing so right now, either.
