i seen plenty of "best engine" and "best reactor" threads, but beat this:

reactor, cert 8
hp/armor 355
mass 40k
reactor gen rate 1800
re lvl 8

There's some 0.0 gen rate reactors out there...

Some of those 0.0 reactors are exceptional reactors in disguise. I got a 19k+ reactor once after REing a 0.0, the "high" reactor was 14k

Yeah, I got one about a week ago. I keep it for grins and for RE fodder.
