No, you want the highest recharge rate possible.

yeah, and the highest recharge rate for capacitors is the largest number possible. I have a level 10 with recharge of 56.

I have seen plenty of level 6-8 with recharge in the 40s and that with 'reactor to cap 3' will pretty much let you fire 3 level 8-9 blasters continuously.

Yes, the higher is better for the recharge rate.

Keep looking for them, since my money is on a capacitor overcharge nerf sometime.

Also, keep in mind that with captoshieldshunt flight programs, you capacitor energy pool is also very important. I would rather have a cap with 1200 energy and 40 something regen than one with 900 energy and 50 regen amd in fact made such a switch in my main ship.
