24 hours a day.
Though not just to wait for your ticket.
They do a lot of things to make sure the servers are up and running.
Those are mostly the tech people but they are there.
Not that that justfies taking days to respond to tickets.

i dunno they can only do so much you have to wait your turn...i usually have to way 6-12 hours...thinking that some1 is sitting there waiting for just you to file a ticket is really quite stupid...

they are just supposed to be people sitting there waiting for someone to file a ticket. its called "customer service". and if theres THAT many people filing tickets then there should be more people just sitting there waiting. i work in customer service for the general public everyday 10 hours a day and if someone has a problem they want it fixed then. not tomorow.

I think if you look up the George Carlin definition of customer service you will find soe is doing perfectly.

ROFL, I remember Carlin's take on customer service....he really has some great work.
Actually, if you file a ticket in the correct category during normal business ours (for the Pacific time zone). You can often get a pretty quick response.
Expecting one late at night, or on a weekend? Not realistic.
Also, you need to be very careful about how you word your request. If you get hung up on asking for something specific to be done for you (granting Ace Pilot), they will almost never do that. Keep it simple, explain that teh NPC won't train you, and then give details when they ask for them. Trying to detail the problem in the ticket just gets those poor lil' CSRs confused.
I have no problem getting a quickCSR response!
Getting a CSR who speaks decent english can be a challenge tho.
