If I change to another squadron. Will I still be allowed to land there?

I assume you mean Jabba's palace. And the answer is maybe. It depends on your ground classes. If you are either a Smuggler or a Bounty Hunter on the ground, and you have done Jabba's themepark, you can still land there. Otherwise, no.

If you're both a Smuggler and a Bounty Hunter than you get to land on the roof.

I have done Jabba's themepark. But I'm not a Smuggler or Bounty Hunter.

Guess I'll just settle for the Retreat instead. Much more usefull place to get landing permit to
