I'm in Storm Squadron and I'm 1112 (accidently got droid first), can i get out of Storm Squadron and go to the Imperial Inquisitor without losing the boxes, and if I can what kind of prerequisites must i do to enter the Imperial Inquitistor and where is it?

If you quit Storm, you loose the boxes, but at 1112, you can regain those quickly.
To resign from Storm, you'll need to talk to the NPC just outside the hall where your trainer is. Then you go to Kadaara (SP?) on Naboo and talk to the Imperial Navy trainer there.
