Pilot Archive

I've been looking at these "chatter" commands in my abilities bank for a while now. I use them when I'm ungrouped, nothing happens,I use them when I'm grouped, nobody says anything, so I'm assuming nothing happens. I mean, it doesn't even send out a message in spatial. What do these things do??
