not long really. The longest pat for me was walking back with the at-st. make sure you bring a rifle alongfor the sec partto get the rebels that hide on the relm of the area that you cant get to. If this happens load your rifle and move back til you can see their head and your still in ranged and fire away. also in the dead forest becareful not to use a area shot like i did because every rebel that prevous people did kill will be there i found out the hard way. I did a area fan shot and i had like 30 rebels on top of me i got imcap once because of it. The last space portion only last as long as it takes to kill everything off, but by this point you already have the jsf.

Took about 45mins. I haven't finished the final part yet, but I got my Eta-2 so who cares!?

So you dont need to finish the quest to keep the Jedi Starfighter?

No. but it's not like its hard to do, especially since you are already in the fighter. Anybody who has a reasonable amount of flight time under their belt will have no problem with the final mission. I personally found it laughably easy. And that 3000 faction you get at the end ain't bad either.
