I only did the quest of to getting the JSF then told Vader I failed and he killed me. lol. How do we replace these. My Chasis is half worn out from helping a buddy do an impossible mission, over and over and over. [Yes Larok...you! lol]

You either buy the deed from someone (good luck with that since most people who get the deed end up using it), or learn to love the Belbullab-22 just as much, because those deeds are semi-renewable by buying them.

That, or grind until you unlock a second character, then grind him up to an appropriate combat level and complete the quest up until you get the deed, then drop it in a house and have your main pick it up and use it.

Really you only need two JSF deeds - wear one down all you want and turn it into a PvP/Duty B*tch ship, and keep cherry-new one for posterity.

The Belbullab-22 is just as good and I am seeing them available cheaper and cheaper.

Yeah, but I can't stand the cockpit.

Turning it off would ruin my immersion.

Perhaps make a refurb kit that Shipwrights can make.

That would be an excellent Idea.. refurb kits for the "quest" ships is a way to keep people from losing them yet give the SW something to craft that those people might actually want to use. Of course as it is now ships just dont decay all that fast so they would probably not be hot sellers.

good idea. it sucks to get a ship or any other quest item like that and not be able to keep it. they should make it like the BARC speeder. I got no problem payinf a shipwright 500K to keep my ship running.

What do we learn from that?
Don't use rare/non-replaceable ships when you expect to die a lot

am I missing something, don't all chassis cease to decay at 10hp? Meaning they never become *totally* unusable, just quick-to-die once the armor gets blasted through?

I've never died more than twice in any ship I own so I dunno if thats the case.. but if it is.. well who cares.. 10hp is plenty. My "chassis" never gets damaged in combat unless I actually die anyhow.
