I wanna start to be a neutral pilot, but need help getting started.

I had the beginner neutral ship, a missionor two, and deleted my ship on accident.

Now I guess I have to buy a ship, but I bought one and it has no parts.

What parts are need to buy and start doing the missions(whereever they start?) and then work my way up.

Is the a prefered path in skills to work up?

WHat are some good neutral use ships to use throughout the leveling?
