Were do i start the quest to get the Imperial Medal that you actualy get to wear?

Imperial Recruiter outside Theed Palace, any squadron will work. Ends with the Imperial Ace trainer inside the Palace.

Yep, replaced my Medallion of Service I got doing the Imp Theme Park. Looks much nicer than that.
Was alot smaller than I thought it was gonna be. I was thinking a big medal like they're passing out at the end of Ep4, but its not that size at all.

I got no medal after mastering havoc, Inquisitor, and BE. I'm starting to think its a female thing, none of my female friend masters have gotten awards either, all my male friends have though.

I take it, you already have to be an Ace to do this/these mission(s)?
I was kind of hoping that Imperials got this medal for killing the Corvette (much like privateers get the civilian equivalent).
Please tell me more...
