Thread: Cant change the texture on my new heavy X-wing??????

So my heavy x-wing I got from the kash quest is stuck in a starport like so many others..... So I went and bought another, loaded it up with components and started flying it. One problem it wont let me change the texture on it???? I can still change the texture on the one I got for the quest but not the new one. I can change the colors, but not the texture.... anyone know why?
Please Help

It has to be in the in the top 3 in the terminal list in order to texture it. Bug

There is a bug with changing textures on ships, if I recall the details correctly it has to be one of the first three ships in the ship management terminal in order to retexture it. Also, the new texture kits 7 and 8 for X-wings don't work on heavy X-Wings, if that's what you're trying to use. I think you can clear the bug by launching the new X-Wing and getting it to be one of the first three ships in the terminal...not positive it will work though.
