I don't see a stickied general bug thread so i thought i would throw this out. The helmet rewarded for master pilot is classified as armor, which means as a jedi i can't wear it out on the town and use force powers. Although i'm sure one could argue that you should be in tune with the force with a flight helmet on...thats just no fun. btw it worked as clothing immediately after i got it, but once i logged for the nite it converted to armor. From guildmates this has been a long standing issue.

I know how you feel. I was wearing my helmet while out shopping during a short stint on the ground. Lo and behold, I notice a lvl15 kaadu. Wanting to check its meat quality, I attack this 7k HAM lvl15 beast. It was owning me of course (I'm only lvl65 at the time). So after spending 5 minutes to get its health to 50%, I called it quits. Later on, when at my house, I drop my helmet and notice its condition went from 100 to 8 from that stint with the kaadu. It obviously didn't like my helmet .

My question is can it be repaired?

/patshoulder Sorry to hear it bro. Mine is down to 4 now. Trying really hard to save it. I was combatant and got attacked by a stormtrooper last night. I couldn't take my helmet off in combat (which is lude bunk) since it is 'armor.' Armor my foot. Unless it protects me from attacks, it's not armor. Instead of biolinking it as a clothing item, they had to make it a pseudo-armor piece so they can make it certified. If they can do it with jedi jammies, they can do it with a stupid hat. /vent-off

Yeah, this bug is annoying. The same thing happens with the Endor Commando Helmet (which I found out testing TKA while wearing my commando outfit... no armor - dead in 3 shots )
