Where can I get a chip?

Hmm, how do I do Engine Overload Four? I'm a tier 3/4 Privateer Pilot. Is it one of the special skills? From reading, it appears to be a droid program, but I can't find it for the life of me. I use the skill all the time, but where's the program?

The program is available to Imperial pilots. Grab a blank chip and find an Imp pilot (Tier 4 or Ace) to burn one for you.

Droid Engineers make them.

Make sure you run reactor overload 4 before you run EO4. It takes you're engine RED x 10.
