I've read through the threads here and read numerous reports of CSRs moving ships for players whose ships are stuck. I was just told by a CSR that he "can not" do this.
Can we get a consistent policy here? It's not right if CSRs are moving ships for some players who open tickets and not others.
I just got the mission to kill the corvette for my master title and was buying missles when mine got caught so I'm extremely disappointed at this.
Anyway I would like to see a consistent message.

Welcome to the world of CSR's who do not communicate with each other.
I sometimes think they work out of different buildings and the network they're supposed to be on has a break in the line between the buildings. You could almost bet that one would never repeat another.

When you submit your ticket, specifically ask them toclear the "parking string" for your ship. Once they do that, you'll be able to access and launch your ship from any terminal and then land at a working one. Just make sure that after they clear the parking string, you don't go to a broken terminal.
