I am as new as they come. I got my ship from my trainer. I used up all the ammo and did not make a note as to what kind it was. What kind of ammo does the ship use that the trainer gives you and where can I get more.

The ship you have does not use ammo. Describe your problem in more detail and someone may be able to explain what is actually happening with your ship.

finally got back in.
There is a red line that read 450 and when i start shooting it would go lower. If I stop shooting, it refills itself. Well, now it's empty and it won't fill itself. My ship is reading 100%

It sounds like you have a bugged capacitor, with this being a trainer ship easiest fix is to just get a new ship from your trainer. You could submit a ticket, and should /bug it.
