Check this thread. The first trick worked miracles for me and i heard from friends that one or another trick in there also helped them.

that is a great link. Also I have a X52 Saitek joystick and found the drivers caused my lastest rubberbanding. Also I unplugged the j/s then launched and re-plugged it in. Seem to have solved it since.
