Thread: Decimator Decoration Question—Looking for Ideas

So I finally made Ace, and of course the first thing I wanted to do (after I turned my B-22 into a mining ship and spent 2 days shooting asteroids) was to get a fully loaded Decimator. Still waiting for my SW to get back to me with the capacitor, weapons, ordinance, and countermeasures but those are all really secondary to the most important part: the decorating.

I have to admit, the Decimator is much smaller inside than I had expected, so most of my ideas went right out the airlock. Any suggestions on how to doll this big boy up right from you other Imperial Aces? If you've got screenshots I'd love to see 'em!

My Decimator is actually fairly simply decorated.

Bridge - 1 Reclining chair centered behind the pilot and operations officer.

Port Side - 1 Astromech Droid right by the pilot

Starboard Side - 1 Metal Chair by the Operations pilot. (Angled 45 degrees to look out)

Gundeck - Port/Starboard Side - Imperial Holonet Terminal w/ reclining chair

Port Catwalk - Recon Armor Suit for display (also makes easy access for BH Missions)

Stbd Catwalk - Shock Trooper Armor for display (also makes easy access for BH Missions)

Main Deck After Compartment-

-Starboard Alcove - TIE Fighter Survival Suit

-Port Alcove - A metal chair facing aft (our head)

-Two Technical Consoles w/ operator seats

Console A - Has a floating Imperial Shuttle Hologram as the display. (You can play with raising it up and down so that the base is hidden within the console.

Console B - Has a radardisplay (Comes standard)

Main Deck Middle Compartment

-Wanted Poster of Princess Leia on aft bulkhead

Main Deck Forward Compartment

-Empty. I like it empty as people tend to congregate on the forward compartment for social occassions. Making this compartment empty makes it feel more spacious.

This is my favourite ship, her name is Valcyn.

She is equiped with a wide array of hightech parts, all compleetly new.

After her last mission, she have been used for killing 7 corellian corvettes, and a high number of fighters

Very neat layouts. Thanks for the posts, folks—I think I've got some ideas on what I want to do with mine now. Now I just need to come up with a name. I'll try to remember to post screenshots once I've got her all decked out. (I'll have to remember to take them before I go 'vette hunting, I'd hate to have pictures of a smoke damaged interior —although with a 9500+ shield and 7700+ armor I tend to doubt even a 'vette will give me too much trouble, as long as my gunners are on point)

Hahaha, nice. Honestly, it's nice, but I'm sure there are better out there. So proud, yes. Too proud, I don't think so. I mean, it's not like I mention it in every post. *ponders adding it to his sig comewhere* (Juuust kidding!)
