Thread: Can you restart the JSF missions?

I started the first mission today from Kreig. I escorted the AT-ST and received the completed message. When I talk to the admiral again, he just says "What do you want soldier?".

I think I may not be a high enogh tier, 3/3/2/2 currently. Am I screwed or can I continue the missions when I get to the 4th tier?

Did you receive the quest that rebels are attacking? I managed to kill all but one (who got stuck in the rock) and had to wait for a server reset in order to get the mission again.

No, after I escorted the at-st and went back to the Admiral, he wouldn't update the mission or anything. Just kept saying the same thing over and over. I received no waypoint or update in the quest journal.

It took me a few times, when I escorted it back some npc commandos spawned and shot it one time and it ran off and up the side of a hill and gave me a "mission successfully complete" message.. but i failed the mission. Dont trust any messages the game gives you unless its from the imperial officer telling you that you completed the mission.

What does it say in your journal? Try getting another datapad. It sounds like you failed it, but you didn't get a good message about it.

I was wondering. Do I have to be a certain Tier to complete the missions and receive the fighter?
If so, I might as well wait to try again when I get 4/3/3/3

were you "on Leave"? You must be a combatant for the missions to properly finish... I found out the hard way (almost 2 hours on Dath then ANOTHER hour )

I was only tier 3 and able to complete the Admirals part of the mission.

no your pilot skills don't matter I took someone in the turret of my krayt gunship that had NO pilot skills and had to use yacht to get to kash to do missions(had just dropped rebel ace to do it)

If you fail the Vader part of the mission, do you have to start all over again (get a new Datapad)?

Well, I escorted the chicken, got the next part, and then the chicken wouldn't stop following me!Anyways, it worked out fine, and when I got my rebel commando I had to kill stuck in a building I just submitted a ticket and a very helpful csr came by and removed him for me about 45 minutes later. Also, after I got the ship from vader along with his mission, I left and went to bed. The next day I went to my pilot trainer (because I had finished my last tier 4 mission), and he didn't "realize" I had finished. I remember this board mentioning this problem, so I delted the vader mission. Well, I've still got my Eta-2, so I figure I don't have to restart. I just need to go back to vader and kill that fleet for him.
