Thread: Mission bug?

I don't know which mission it is. But my friend is 1211 rebelpilot and on a part of a mission where she has to inspect a shuttle of some sort at the waypoint she is given. It's in the Lok system. When my friend gets to the waypoint, no mission specific shuttle arrives, and the onlything in the area that we guessed could possibly be the objective are the freighters that pass nearby. We were at it for 2 hours and nothing. Can anybody help? Oh yeah I think she's in... whichever squadron is the one that starts in Tyrena.

i am pretty sure that that might possibly , just maybe (ok i think i stuck in enough caveats) be the mission where u need to find bombs or something on one of the fighters...
there is no missoin specific craft with the yellow square around it, u just need to inspect the fighters near the wp, till u find the one with the bombs, or doc's or whatever is sais in the data-pad...

You're thinking of a later Havok mission.
This mission is reported in the Pilot bug thread. It's a recurring natural spawn that gets broken in the same way the Corvette does. A lambda and two tier3 Interceptors named "Elite Guard" appear, travel, and despawn, but if the lambda is destroyed and one or more of the Guards are not, there will be no respawn. Travel between the waypoint your friend is given, and the closest Imperial station, looking for the Elite guards. Take them out, and then fly back to the waypoint, it's a quick spawn, and the Lambda to disable should be there very shortly. Be sure to do what you need to and leave the spawn unbroken for the next person though
