Thread: what should a noob know

well i played swg since the beging but took a break bout a year or 2 ago and i am getting back in. (with the movie and all). any ways i left before JTL and want to know what i should /should not do. FYIi am looking to be a pilot.

Be very selective in who you fly for if you choose to fly freelance vice one of the factions. Naboo's RSF pilots cannot attack imperials - not a problem unless you are a rebel.


Find a good shipwright that won't rip you off. Flying can be expensive as you progress. The reason I became a shipwright was that I was going broke on ships and parts.


Don't sell your looted components to the chassis dealer in the starport. Find a shipwright and work out a deal with them. They'll appreciate it.


Get up there and fly... it's still alot of fun... regardless of the issues with some of the new craft from RotW.
