Heya Peeps,

Just for giggles I decided to try to break the 2000 speed barrier in space with my Vaksai fighter, which seems emminently suitable for the job. Given that it only has one gun and one missile slot and has 150k mass I figured it was the perfect choice to break the barrier. It took me awhile to get engine overload 4 working, but with a fat reactor and reactor overload 4 I was able to get my ship up to 1689 or so without boost, and with the crafted 40 speed booster I have from way back before they apparently nerfed these, I got the ship to 2068 speed. With a crafted Mark V booster at 45.3, made recently, I was able to get the ship to 2106 speed boosted!!!!!! =80 Anyone else experimenting with this? Anyone surpass it and if so how?
