Bogus question. Don't know you, how much you play, how much help you have, what your flight experience is. Unanswerable.

Gimme a second or three before you flame, takes time to type words, as opposed to hitting refresh on your latest post to see if it's been answered

Completely depends on how good you are, how good your ship is, how many friends will help you, whether you have each chassis pre-bought, which faction and trainers you go to, how fast the spawns respawn, etc.

Given Ranged Support 4, I could master all of medic and combat medic in a couple of hours. Someone less experienced might take a day or two. It's all relative.

I know some guys who mastered inside a week of launch...I know people who have played since launch and still haven't mastered.

Oh...the nice thing about pilot is that since it doesn't use up any skillpoints, you can totally do it whenever you feel like, and it won't interfere with anything else....

Like others said, it really depends on other factors, the main points being how much time you put into it, how much help you have and how much experience you have as a pilot. I started JTL as a Rebel pilot. Took me about 2 to 3 months to reach Ace, because I was still learning and figuring things out, and my rl husband and I did everything but the corvette on our own, which meant we failed the missions sometimes, but never gave up. My alt became a Freelance Ace last night, after only starting it on her about 2 weeks ago. I knew what I was doing by then, the missions were a bit easier, and I had more help when I needed it than I had with my first pilot.

I need to know something. Are you saying that 2 weeks is too long? Come on really now. So if it takes longer then two weeks you don't want to bother. That is pretty bad attitude. To be honest I never flame anyone but that statement kinda gets under my skin. Now if you are saying that you hope it takes longer then 2 weeks because you want to enjoy the actual grinding part of it then I apologize.

To answer your question my first ace took me 3 weeks then my second ace took me 5 days. Being a twitched based game it really depends how good you are as a pilot.

I started Piloting at launch of JTL and I just mastered this morning at around 1AM. I am not a hardcore player, and I did not devote every second of every time I played to piloting. Enjoy the game - play the game. If you feel you have to rush through to get to the end, then you're really not going to enjoy it as it will feel like a grind.

At this point in time, attaining master in piloting is the end game. Don't be in such a hurry....just my 2 cents.

Yes in PvE. Only in deepspace for PvP and if you go into deep space as one side your ship will be set as that side in Kessel untill you redeed it.
