Thread: New pilot has some RE questions

Hello everyone,


I have a few questions.. if you don't mind.


How do I "RE" ship components? I have looted stuff.. and I want to do it just to try it out and see what it's like. Do I have to have certain skills to do it? I'm guessing it would either be Artisan.. or Shipwright.
