Thread: guess i found another bug for the vaksai quest

you know i cant get the right badge either? im imperial, flying around in a jedi starfighter, with a badge that says has done great service to the alliance and has been awarded the heavy x-wing fighter or somthing like that.

i did it when i was an imperial pilot for the royal guard interceptor, now i became a neutral pilot and am trying to do it again for the vaksai fighter. ive gotten to the part where you first talk to eyma, but she tells me that arian has contracts for me to do and i should check with her. eyma is recognizing it as i have already done the quest. i sent in a ticket and got an automated response that said that cant help with kashyyyk quests...any suggestions?

I got the very same automated bullcrap response when asking why I had the Heavy X-Wing badge instead of the imperial one that I was supposed to have.
Yay for Sony. We all love Sony.
[EDIT] I should add that their "fix" didnt fix anything for me, hence why I sent in the ticket.

Push once per faction - at least keep it somewhat in line with every other JTL quest.

The Vaksai quest line is not the same line as the Heavy X quest line. You can get both the Crimson TIE and the Vaksai or the Heavy X and the Vaksai, but not the Crimson TIE and the Heavy X.
Go to Kash Station and talk to the station operator. Tell her you're "looking for a challenge" and she should give you the Vaksai mission.

That won't work. The person has dropped pilot and had the quest flags stripped. Getting two ships only works forfreelance pilots who are a member of a ground faction when they complete the CPG missions

i just thought of somthing. i used to be imperial on the ground and imperial in space. if i went neutral on the ground would it work?

No, you are correct in thinking you are currently in a bug. I believe if you look at your quest jounral you will have a partial list of the completed missions. This happens because of code that wipes certain things when you drop a pilot profession.
