Thread: refire rate lower or higher better?

what unit is it measured in? is it like with gun's speed lower is better or the other way around?
is there an explanation of all specs somewhere, they seems a bit ambigous. like when thet say cap recharge rate is 45. i think it's more natural to assume its 45 secs for full recharge and not 45 recharged per second.

Lower = better. It's the recycle time in seconds.
i.e. a 0.333 refire gun fires three times per second.

Well I just realized that my advanced blaster has a .353 refire rate but there's no way it fires anywhere close to 3 shots per second. Are you positive?
