Thread: Trainer won't train me Imperial Inquisition

Hi all,

I've done some searches and haven't found the same problem that I'm having. I started the Teir 2 training at the Emperors Retreat on Naboo and did the initial quest. So now I'm 1 2 1 1 in skills but I'm now maxed out in xp and all the bars in the other 3 boxes are full and green. The trainer however only offers me duties and nothing else, no training, no quests, nothing. Is this a bug and I'm stuck at 1 2 1 1 or is there a work around so that I can keep progessing?

Thanks.

Go into the duties menu and at the botom there should be an option to train.

Yep, that did the trick thanks.

I wonder why they haven't standardised the dialog trees? Most other trainers I've come across offer training at the top level. With that one you could either pick "I want to be debriefed" or "I want to take an assignment". If you take the first one, which is what I was doing, it gives a description of each assignament and then you choose but there are no training options. If you go straight to choose an assignment the training option appears there.

Meh, I'll know to look everywhere from now on then. The option that may be the one you're after could be anywhere.

Which trainer did you go to, because I am in the exact position you were. I keep getting a mission for Colonel Hend at the retreat but I can't complete because I just get wasted by his shuttle. I am 1/2/1/1 right now but I have enough to train another box but no one will train me.

That's a required mission, you won't be able to train until you do it. That mission beat me once when I was sloppy about it, use droid commands and it gets MUCH easier...

I think I only have like one droid command (overload engines). I dont think I get anymore commands until I level or do I need to get a new interface?

You should have access to weapons overload 1 as well. There are others, too, but I'm not as familiar with them.

Open up your data pad, bring up the radial menu for your flight computer, and select Program Droid. You should come up with a window that has all available commands on the left, and the ones already loaded into the computer on the right. It's pretty self explanatory from there. Then while in space, use CTL-A to click-and-drag the appropriate commands to the toolbar of your choice.

You can also buy droid chips from vendors or the bazaar that are preprogrammed. If the chips are in your inventory, they'll appear on the program window as well-but once burned into the computer, that's it for them.

You're welcome. Once you start using the various droid programs, you'll wonder how you ever lived without them!

DeVayner:

Chances are he sent you to the next trainer and you didn't catch it. I know I missed it in a couple squads. Just got to the tier 3 trainer and talk to him. You can find a wp for him in a clicky in the faq.
