Thread: Do repair kits allow me to fix my ship during battle?

Just wondering how these work. On the gound, you take a "stim" when you get low on health...is there anything like that in space? Or do you just fight until your shields and armor are gone?

Only on the POB ships like the YT1300 and the others. Someone on the inside of the ships have to use them on the different component panels.

However repairing your PoB components in space is extremely useless feature since you cannot repair your armor via a console type device inside a PoB. Thus making repair very silly if your just gonna get shot once and have everything broked again 
. I know this from personal experience as when i first got my PoB outfitted me and 4 guildies went into space and did get disabled once and aggro dropped....the only thing i see good about repairing in space is ability to repair engines to warp back out of kessel or Deep Space to repair (lol).
