Okay, so I looked in the FAQ and tried doing some searches, but I can't find the answer to my questions. I also tried doing some searches, but 2/3 of the time end up with the 'Too many searches in progress' screen.

Is it possible to have someone that doesn't have JtL to travel with you on a MP/POB ship? How would one go about doing this? Is it possible for he/she to come aboard the ship itself, or do you need to use the travel option directly? Thanks in advance.

they cant travel inside the ship in space, but they can use the "travel" option to hop planets with you

Using the "travel option" works with a non-JTL toon. But to go on board they must have JTL

Okay, but how do they do it? Is there something I need to do as a pilot, or what?

Just like bringing people up with you, you must "Invite them to space" with the Group button on the starhip control window, before launching or travelling.

Click Group

Invite whoever is in your group and in range of you.

Wait until they accept (important, Ive been left behind by leaders who close the window too soon).

Click Ok when everyone is in.

Then Travel or Launch (launching will leave non JtL players behind).
