ive never piloted a POB (never mastered yet, keep getting bored a tier 4) but i did this today in a friends YT-1300. fell free to critique and give suggestions.

Components

All i can say is get the best stuff you can, focus on shields, cap and boosters.

Crew

Try to get expeirienced gunners who AREN'T prone to lagging, thaats bad news against an ISD.

Ops. Chair - anyone who can run CtSS4 a lot.

Pilot - do you know how to make a quick turn and boost away?

Repair Crew - Load up, and be fast with those kits.

How it's done

The most simple way of putting it is target your component, go in, boost out.

A more advanced way is this, come in at half speed juking around a bit, target engines first, use up some of your missiles on them. shoot a lot. once youve got that done, or caps out from too many CtSS's, turn and boost away FAST.Let your cap and shields recharge out of range. Keep doing this on all components.

(a note, bridge will pummel you with laser fire, so make sure youre all charged up.)

thats really all i have to say, have fun, kick some Imperial butt.
