I've tried the search function to no avail. Does any pilots know where I can find the tier 3 Havok squadron trainer?

Cant remember who it is (maybe the sexy girl on Lok?), but, if you want a list of trainers you could look at the PILOT FAQ, its on the first page. Its a clicky entitled "trainers", funnily enough.

Sorry, just being cheeky, I cant remember the Havok Squadron ones, as ive done so many of the squads.

However, I do remember you are sent to Lok at one point and you have to find an NPC (in a room like an armoury in Nyms palace) then find an NPC just outside the palace. Cant really remember the waypoints though. Those ones are tricky to find, otherwise the others are in the FAQ.
