Someone in my guild, can't join Corsec because of negative corsec faction standing.
However, cannot get any faction points from NPCs. Tested with Drall, Meatlumps & Rogue Corsec.

Tried Ragtags? God knows there's enough of 'em around. Odd that Rogue Corsec isn't doing anything for it...

Not getting any faction points of any kind.
Killed corsec, and didnt lose corsec faction standing.
