NOT dial-up friendly, however.

In short, it's a LOMAC Campaign preview - and shows you what the engine is capable of. I can't wait to get back into that community and into a squadron. Been out of it WAY too long, and if I keep getting used to JTL I'm gonna lose my stick skills.

IS that a game? If so what system and how much and when does it come out?

Yes, it's Lock On: Modern Air Combat, and it's been out for about a year. Another worthwhile sim (though not exactly newbie friendly) is Falcon 4.0: Allied Force. It's essentially the 1998 game completely remodelled to play on today's systems.

LOMAC clan videos are usually so well done it makes you seriously wonder why FPS clan videos are taken so seriously.

The "No Fear" video is damn good as well....just starts pretty slowly.

FPS community: Huge

Sim community: small

But I agree, the releases from the sim community are usually top-notch.
