Thread: Can Freelancer (smuggler Alliance) be imp on ground?

Well im freelancer Smuggler Allaince and rebel on ground ,i want the jedi starfight for my jedi
so my question is can i change my faction in the ground to imperial get the jedi starfighter and go rebel again without loosing my master pilot tree?

Sure can, that's the advantage of the Freelancer tree, you can be any faction you want, or none at all, with no penalties. However, it does sometimes feel odd to destroy fighters of the same ground faction as you.

Yup. I'm Imperial on the ground and mastered the Smuggler's Alliance path of Privateer.

Means we can also get the arc170 and the jedi starfighter without dropping pilot :-)

Exactly, the char i use alot lately is a Imp ground, Smugglers Alliance Space not only able to shoot any ship i like, i can use any ship in the tier 4 ship box, just by changing ground factions.
