Recently decided I want to ace pilot, I'm 4333 Crimson Pheonix (Reb) squadron.
Trouble is, I haven't flown in several months... So.. What is a good area to get xp? What kind of flight programs (I'm in an a-wing, I read in the stickies A-wings use programs not droids..) should I be running?

All the overcharge commands at 3. If you fly the A-Wing only, I don't think you need a Weapon Cap Overcharge, at least I dont. Get Weapon OC3 and Engine OC3.

They have redone the flt comp/droid commands buy a v4 flt comp transfer it to data pad from inventory. Now open data pad click on v4 flt comp to open radail then click the program function(forget name). Now transfer programs from left side to right side for the ones you want to use, you no longer need another faction to program chips for you.
As for missions if you can get the destroy missions from trainer. My trainer was giving me missions to destroy tier 4 black suns in Endor.

You can also head to Kessel, I was hunting there (overt for faction and the added risk) from 3333 on and while you sometimes had to roam for targets, the xp was good. As far as Cap overload is concerned, I would run it also, as the added recharge rate is nice to have if you get in a jam and have to spam CapShunt as soon as it refreshes.

I've got a pretty good cap, takes about 3-5 mins of constant laserfire to wear it out, since there's only one gun on this thing, so I probably won't need to overload it

Cap overload is used more for the shunt to shield amounts than for the weapons.

Oh, I see.
Thanks for the help so far, what's a good system to get xp in? I like killing random stuff along with the missions from the trainer ![]()
