Okay, I know this is probably a dumb question, but how do I get it?

I've been mostly playing my MBH character and hardly ever go into space. I got bored and really liked the space combat. So I'm two boxes into the Tier 4 of Rebel Pilot. I'm certed for the Advanced X-wing(heavy x-wing?) but I still haven't found anything on how to get the ship. Are they crafted or is it a quest reward.

Thanks for yourhelp and please refrain from calling me a noob....I have been playing a long time, just not flying.
