Getting Everyone Up To Lightspeed
Beginning on the afternoon of November 9th 2005, as an added bonus for our veteran players who do not yet have the Jump to Lightspeed expansion (and thus, space content) we will be giving you this expansion at no additional charge. This bonus content will automatically download to you upon your next log in to the game beginning on your next login to the game after this goes live. After all, space is more fun with other people to enjoy it with! May the Force be with you!

Did you get JTL when it came out? I think getting access to space for 14 monthsis worth $30.00. That's less than getting a cup of coffee a day. Besides, the folks who got the Total Experience essentially got it for free as well. This is not groundbreaking news. To me, this means more pilots, and more quests that integrate space and ground. Sounds like everyone wins.
