Thread: Need help; Changing factions from Imperial to Rebel

Hi
I want to change my characters faction to Rebel, currently an Imperial and Imperial Ace.
Though I REALLY do not want to drop Ace. It's something I've worked very long and hard for, and I think eventually that I will be returning to the Empire
I want to know if it's possible to switch to rebel, keeping Imperial Ace. I know that I'd obviously not be able to pilot my Imperial ships while a rebel... but can I come back?
Help is greatly appreciated

Once you resign all of your non-neutral pilot skills (imp ace or rebel ace or any rebel imp pilot skills) will drop.
