I've recently just done all 9 squadrons, and working my way back to Rebel pilot. I've done all my missions up to 4444, come to kessel to do my 30 ties, and i can't hurt imperials, and better yet, i can kill rebels.

Has anyone came across this bug before, or know a work around?

If you were doing the other squadrons, are you by chance flying a ship (Actis, Belbullab, ARC?) that you flew as an Imperial or entered Deep Space as a Freelance on the Imperial side? Try deeding your ship.

Good thinking, i've used my ETA for all my squadrons, i'll try now.

Happened to me going Imp to Rebel. Oddly, it did not happen going Rebel to Imp, with the same ship (Belbullab). Go figure.

Confused the heck out of me when I showed up to kill the vette and couldn't damage it.
