It is not a matter of not letting someone do thair own thing, or not wending to help novices. It was simply a matter of informing you of the proper venue on witch to pursue your recruitment.
I cannot count how many times I have seen a people come in to the ranger forum looking to but creature resources or to hire a ranger for tracking the creatures of the hero quest or Jedi trials or what ever. Or someone coming in to the merchant forum looking for a merchant to work with on thair server.
They all get about the same responded you did, so do not take it personal. It is simply a matter of not getting the forums cluttered up. If every one just posted everything anywhere with out thought of what the forum was intended for we might as well have one forum, and not the 100+ (?) we have. But that would get to cluttered right? You have to read thousands of posts that have no reverence to you to find the ones the did have your interest. And really worth while posts would get driven of the first page faster then you could refresh it in your browser.
So forums have been compartmentalized. So, find out what it takes to craft a engine for a ship and what options you have go to the shipwright forum, but if you need a shipwright to craft one, go the your servers trade forum. If you wand to sell space minerals go to your servers trade forum, but if you wand to exchange mining techniques or discuss ships setups the pilot forum is the right place.
If you wand to ask advice about recruiting novice pilots to a PA or wand ideas about how to run a Pilot PA, again the pilot forum is the right place, because thoughts thing are relevant across servers. However, a recruitment on tarq are only really reverent to tarq players, and as sutch belong on th tarq forum.
As for this topic, well pilot forum educate debate is reverent to all pilots, so it is on the right forum
And about the person that corrected a spelling mistake/typo in you post. I have had that done to many of my posts, and I take it as a chance to become better at English. Correct spelling promotes understanding and reduce the risk of misinterpolations, so take it as advice on how to get a point better across in the future

Since you like to get better, a few small corrections for you. That said, it's obvious from your post english is not your native language. It is however understandable for 100% because your errors are mostly caused by writingwords down phonetically. I've seen worse from native speakers. Your english is definately good enough for online use butthe wish to improve it is always laudable.

misinterpolations
I like that! I think I'm going to start using that word, maybe even introduce it to my students in a vocab lesson.
Erm, as said above, post on your own galaxy's board for galaxy related stuff. If you think this board is hostile, try the BH forums.
