Not sure if you are asking for a neutral ace duty mission or not? But if you are, the RSF tier 4 trainer in Theed palace gives out a black sun duty mission. It's a short one, IMO, but it's fast and easy.

I did about 50 mission out of theed and looted 3 of them so far. It is a short mission.

Where is the tier 4 trainer in Theed Palace?

This is by far the best BS mission available to freelance. Yes it is an escort, but once it gets rolling it spawns 4 tier3-4 (sometimes all tier 4 all night, sometimes not)BS fairly rapidly. On top of that, once you complete 1 escort, it repeats itself for a long time. I suspect you could probably go forseveral hours straight if you had the stamina. Personally, when solo, I end the mission for a break after about 1.5 hours. For marathon sessions I recommend bringing a partner as I personally start to get slow after 2 hours straight, plus i can't go that long without talking to someone.

Guildchat or TeamSpeak is your friend.

Even if they're not flying with you, it gives you someone to talk to.

The only problem of that duty mission is that it's way too short.. I did it countless times to loot a BS helmet (didn't loot one yet), but it's boring to launch and run all the overloads for 10-15 mins of mission..
