Hi,

I've been away for a couple of months and forgot what the quest was that led to getting the mining ship. Can anyone help me out by telling me where the quest starts or a link to the walkthrough?

There's a link to the walkthrough in the FAQ that lists all the steps to the quest.

Basically it starts with a guy named Flash Harrison in the (2nd floor?) Great Tree in Kachiro, Kashyyk. From there you get sent to a guy in the cantina in Dearic, and then to Captain Koh (3rd floor of the Great Tree). Basically a bunch of mining assignments around the galaxy.

From what I understand the quest is still halted at the part where you have to escort a Y-8 convoy and won't be back in place and completable until the next publish.

Im gonna hijack this real smooth like. Im in the middle of this quest right now, on the Y8 escort part. However, the wp will not light up for me in space. Anyone else experience this?

That's where it's bugged. The waypoint never generates, so the Y-8 convoy never arrives.
