Thread: Serious corsec Mission (2/2/2/2) advice needed

I have gone to see Ra'nma (sp) in Nym's Cantina and picked up the mission. I have Taken out the escorting Nym fighters
and disabled and captured the Nym's Enforcer. I have escorted said Enforcer til it upped and left me. I have then been
sent to Endor for what seems to be an unrelated patrol duty, which i finished. Then it shuttles me off on another seemingly
unrelated frieghter escort mission. I HATE these missions as they seem to be neverending, so i give up on this and head
back to Lok to talk to Cantina lady and she says finish the job.
Is this mission bugged or just poorly written?
Please advise, I will do the stupid thing again (3rd time) but do NOT want to have to endure endless duty missions in the
vain hope that it will "finish" what turns out to be a broken mission. Anyone who has been here and done that please feel
free to fire away with your comments!

It depends on what you mean by "sent to" if you're completing the mission, then nothing happens, and no further updates occur to your quest log, then, you go back to your trainer for this new stuff, then you are indeed getting Duty missions. If you are finishing a segment, and then a moment of three later, you get a transmission with a new directive and objective, then this is pro forma for the higher tiers. The farther you go, the longer the mission are, the foes are a bit tougher, but you will recognize the same 4-5 mission patterns strung together in different ways. Its how all trees are designed, and you need to simply stick it out until you get no further updates to your quest journal, this is the only time you are "done" with a storyline mission and often the last transmission will specifically mention returning to base.

It's not broken.
Yes, the various parts of the mission are not related to each other.
Be happy you are in CorSec where you get your longest mission over with in tier 2 instead of in tier 3 or 4.
