Pilot faq reads, being mos eisley cantina.
Is he on the same level?, go down elevators?
I can /target dravis and see him but have no idea how to get to him since I am blocked off by walls.

When you walk in the cantina through the entrance that faces the bank, keep to the right of the bar. There will be a door right in front of you, he's right in there.
