Who was it who asked you to inspect a Nym's Lieutenant? It wasn't Lt. Akal Colzet.

that is correct - he gave me this authorisation transfer, i signed it, i followed the instructions yet i don't seem to be able to get training nor missions from him (except duty missions) and i can't help but feel i missed someone's name or WP at some point, but all i can find in my quest journal is to do this Nym's Lt. stuff.
i should add that this is on my third char and i don't think i've done any space missions on him since about december, so my whole memory of what i'm doing/what squad i'm in is very vague.

Lt. Colzet transferred you to your tier 2 trainer who gave you the mission for the Nym ship. You need to go back to your new trainer, who is Commander Oberhaur in the Capitol building across the street.

i've been to Lok and docked with a disabled Nym's Lt, I've come back to Lt Akal Colzet in Bestine but he won't give me more missions or training - have read my quest journal, nothing to be found there about what i should be doing next or to whom i should be chatting - does anyone know?
