I have mastered Inquisition Ace and now I want to do Black Epsilon. How to I get to the point where I can work with there trainers? I do not go to the main recruiter in Theed and resign do I? And if so do I go back to him and resign up or what?

You have to resign and give up all your skills then go to the other squadron's first trainer and sign up again and remaster the profession. But the good thing is the second time through you get a bonus modifier to your xp.

The Sokudo Clan Of TestCenter and Wanderhome
First Triple Ace of Test Center
TC: Zaknafein Sokudo: Alliance Ace Pilot
Unmei Sokudo: Imperial Ace Pilot / Master Structures Trader, Co-First Ace of TC
Zarra Sokudo: CorSec Ace Pilot/ Master Engineering TraderNarazu Sokudo: Master Bounty Hunter
Akumu Sokudo:
Master SpyN'ton Sokudo: Master Smuggler R'ton Sokudo:Master Entertainer
WH: Morgaine Sokudo: Bounty Hunter / Alliance Pilot Mal' Sokudo: Smuggler / Smuggler's Alliance Pilot
Kay'lee Sokudo: Structures Trader
...has mastered the Pilot profession.

If you have mastered in one faction, the multiplier is 1 * normal xp. Mastered in 2 factions is 2 * normal xp, and all 3 factions is 3 * normal xp. The multiplier is added to the normal xp, giving a total of 2 - 4 times the normal xp

to find out exactly go to your pilot skill tree and try to surrender one of your skills like you would for any other proffession. THIS WONT WORK. but it will tell you where you have to go and who you have to talk to.

when you resign you lose the entire tree all at once and any and all experience. but as stated before you get a multiplyer for your next squadron.

Does it mean that if there is a ship that I usually got 1k xp for I would get more the second time around? Please explain.

The second time you would get 2k xp instead of 1k xp.
