i have a reactor with 15432.8 power however fully loaded im showing 15956.8 power. How does this effect my ship and systems as i can launch..?

Some of your components will either be disabled or operate below efficiency if you try to fly like this (try firing your blasters or missile launcher, those are usually the first things to shut down). Grab a reactor overload droid chip and you'll be fine.
