Where is the best xp/kill ratio for level 2, anyone? I have been flying around lok, is there a better place? thanks!

Fly to Dathomir: Emporer's hand and have a friend disable a few of those tier5 guys that fly around nearby, that will take about 10mins to cap you for 2 boxes 
Otherwise if you are already 1211 you can probably take some of the tier3's that spawn near Lok: Nym's Hovel
